The Noom Noi Loi Chai Shrine is to the north of the village in a distinctive red building. It is dedicated to the "floating boy".

According to legend, local fisherman kept finding a small image of a boy in their fishing nets. They kept throwing it back in the water but each time they found it again in their nets. Finally they decided to build a shrine for the "floating boy".

Many of the offerings in the shrine are toys for the "floating boy".
